Eye exercise
1. Place both hands in front of the eyes and look for ten seconds.
2. Put down your hands and look straight for ten seconds.
3. Repeat six times.

Or press for at least six seconds; in the middle of the eye, the front of eyebrow, the end of your eye.



01.02.2010   Ten minutes fast makeup

Kelvin's five minutes makeup
1. Apply Za True White Day Protector, SPF26.PA++.
2. Brush a layer of Za Two-Way Foundation. Press lightly with the sponge given in the case.
3. Using a dark eyeshadow (Za Dramatic Eyecolour in Gold, deep shadow colour) as a eyeliner.
4. Mix the nusance colour and high shine colour, fill the whole eye area, overlapping the eyeliner.
5. Curl and put on macara.

Kai's five minutes makeup
1. Start by using a dark eyeshadow (Za Dramatic Eyecolour in Gold, deep shadow colour) as a eyeliner. Smudge the line.
2. Fill the remaing eye area with the shadow colour.
3. Blush in U-direction and apply lipgloss

Kelvin's eight minutes makeup
1. From the middle of the eyebrow, draw lightly with a eyebrow pencil, then smudge eyebrow shadow.
2. Double use the eyebrow shadow as a contour powder / bronzer, highlight the area under eye (above cheekbone).
4. Apply a light neutral eyeshadow colour
5. Use a coffee eyeshadow colour to line the inner corner of the eye and smugde.
6. Curl and mascara.
7. Blush and apply lipstick

Kai's eight minutes makeup
1. Lightly pat pressed powder with sponge onto face.
2. Use a coffee eyeliner.
3. Overlap 1/3 end of the eyeline with coffee eyeshadow.
4. Extend to 1/3 end of the lower eyearea.
5. Fill the remaining eye area with a light shadow colour.
6. Blush and apply lipstick

Contour for smaller face
1. Choose foundation and contour powder, two shades darker.
2. Brush from ear area towards chin, do not leave out neck area.
3. Apply cheek lightly in slant swipe.
*may replace foundation with bronzer, two shades darker.


3D nose
1. Apply contour powder under the head of your eyebrow.
2. Put on shimmery beigey-white eyeshadow on the nose bone.

12.01.2010  Steps to correct moisturizing

Inner hydration for face
1. Damp cotton pad with toner and pat onto skin.
2. Swap face with the other side of the cotton pad.
3. Pat face with hands to help skin better absorb the toner.
4. Squeeze (one dollar-size) water-based moisturizer and massage into skin.
*do not leave out the neck area.

Eyes  (see pic)
1. Apply a thick layer of eyecream on your undercircles.
2. Wait for 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Massage eyecream in circular upwards motion.


Chapped and dry lips
1. Apply a thick layer on your lips.
*do not leave out the corners of the lips.
2. Using a cottonbud, wipe off the oil on the circumstance of the lips.
3. Put on your normal lipgloss (day) or do this before sleep.

01.01.2010  Cat / Leopard makeup

The cat / leopard makeup is the trend in year 2010 (luv it). Stock on shimmer grey / golden / bronze / brown eye shadow, black liquid eyeliner or eyepencil, and nude or pinkish lipcolour to create the look.

The leopard makeup is obviously fiecer and bolder than the cat's, and of course you need more (makeup) skills.
